In the time between the two counts I was aiming to write 200,000 words, but considering what happened between them I’m happy that I managed to write over 80,000 words. My aim this time is to write 300,000 words between the two counts (which I’ll aim to have posted on the 4th of July), because I know, if I focus, I can easily write 50,000 words in a month.

I'm delighted that there is so much fiction now. You've really built up the material you have to offer.

*ponder* When Torn World started getting really big, we realized that the size could be daunting to new readers. So we made the Start Here page, and that helped a lot. It offered a guide to the project as a whole, and pointed toward important background material and to stories that make good introductions.
