Reminder...
Mar. 31st, 2014 11:41 am...today is the last day of the half price sale on all story bundles, three and six month adoptions, and three and six month rentals. Remember that you'll get another rental or adoption half price after the original (or one for half price after I send your bundle) and I'm happy for you to pay in installments. If you're interested in a story bundle but aren't entirely sure what you want then send me a deposit, even if it's just £2, today and this will mean that you still get your bundle for half price, you can still pay in installments, and you will still get your half price adoption or rental afterwards.
Kim's Earth: In Depth
Mar. 31st, 2014 02:56 pmType: post-apocalypse, set on Earth
As I said in my intro to all the collections this is a collection I created in order to explore what would happen if the apocalypse happened and the majority of people who were left were children, teenagers, or young adults. The first character I wrote about was Kim, so it became Kim's Earth, although the name may change in the future if I find one that fits better. Unfortunately, even though I would love to write more for this collection, it doesn't currently have many readers who are interested in prompting for more fiction, which really does help me when I'm planning a month of work - otherwise I'll work on other things that do have more interest as that's what people want to see.

The Magi: In Depth
Mar. 31st, 2014 04:20 pmType: fantasy
I started this collection because I have always loved healers and I wanted to write more about them, but I never expected it to turn out the way it did. The first character I started writing about was Marnie, who I found out was the daughter of the Matriarch and was intensely irritated with her mother for reacting the way she was to the Carne's crisis. She truly believes, unlike the majority of her people, that it's time to let go of the past and move on, because of the choice they made to become healers - but things have changed since the time the Magi first escaped the Carne. Now, instead of healing in return for whatever it was their client could afford, they charge for everything. They don't energy heal any longer, due to the death of Marnie's aunt Lorna, and the loss of the Garcer took with it several of their best healers, including Marnie's younger brother Terrence.
