When renting a setting you may choose whether you would like the whole collection, one specific setting, or a permanent structure. It has been set up this way because there are currently collections that do not have settings or permanent structures, such as the Aurora's World collection. As more settings and permanent structures are named this may change.Currently any number of people may rent a collection or setting, but again this may change, and up to three people may rent a permanent structure at a time - Echoes of Alexandria, created by ysabetwordsmith, is an example of a permanent structure, as are the houses in the Astral World collection.

A PDF copy of one or more stories will be sent to you every month you are renting the setting. The lowest word count is 3000 words in a month, which may be in one story or may be in more than one. Let me know how you would like your words if you have a preference. You wil also receive a certificate. The minium donation for one setting is currently £6 and the top is £110, which will get you 9000 words a month for six months.

Each renter may rent up to three settings at a time. This again may change, depending on the level of interest. To adopt two settings a month the minimum donation is £10 and to adopt three is is £14. For this you will receive 3000 words for each setting. The top donation amount is £146 for two settings and £218 for three. For this you will receive 9000 words a month for six months about each of your chosen settings.

If you are renting a setting for more than one month then it is possible to pay in installments. So, if you rent a setting for three months you may pay in three installments. This will be decided at the beginning of the rental period.
