What would you like to know about Nick? Ask me any questions you can think of and I will endeavour to answer them. All answers will be posted under the tag character spotlight and linked to under the questions because I don't want the post to get too cluttered or have too many spoilers posted here.
Tell me what stories you'd like to see. Would you like to see what happens during his life before Alice? Would you like to see him meeting other characters in this collection? More interaction with the donors at the donor house? What he's like as a vampire?

Thoughts
Date: 2011-12-01 11:22 pm (UTC)How does Nick interact with donors, and more particularly, how did he develop the kind of respect for them that he has? It seems like each decent vampire's approach is slightly different.
I'd enjoy seeing Nick meet the several donor characters already established, especially Caleb. It's going to be important to talk with actual bite-addicts if they want to solve that problem.
More of Nick with John Good Road would be fun, too.
I really like the tension between Nick and Alice. It's becoming clear that Alice wears the pants in this relationship, but neither of them are quite comfortable with it yet. So I wonder how they got so badly entangled when they started out so well. Stories hint that it has to do with Alice's transformation to a vampire; I'd love to see that story.
I also want to find out more about Nick's arsehole of a sire. I have enjoyed the slow unfolding of hints about that vampire's nature and bad habits. I'd like to see more of that, hints building up to glimpses, then longer appearances, and then eventually full conflicts where we get to see him bounced off a wall, thrown in front of a truck, set on fire and the ashes scattered over the Thames. (Can you tell that I crave characters whom I love to hate? When I cheer for someone's horrible demise, I want him to DESERVE it.)
